Superior design to easily cut exhaust pipes without using gripping pressure. Simply hook chain to desired diameter, tighten chain by turning the knurled handle and swivel tool to cut.

Tool has wide guide rollers between each cutter to ensure proper tracking. Supplied in sturdy vinyl storage pouch.
