This specially designed tool is used to loosen and tighten the fan clutch on 1996 and later GM trucks and vans. The unique design works with both 10mm & 13mm pulley bolt heads.
The tool enables the mechanic excellent control to hold the water pump pulley stationary while using an open end wrench to loosen the fan clutch.
