Another of many application examples: on an air-cooled classic car, a replacement needs to be produced for the heating Bowden cable that runs from the passenger compartment to the heat exchanger because no original parts are available. When the handles are pressed together, they enclose the material almost completely in a circular shape. Enclosed in this way, the Bowden cable is cut from the outside inwards – without any fanning.
