A 3-position / 4-way, lever operated, detent positioned valve for use with double-acting rams. Has "Advance", "Neutral", and "Return" positions. Cylinder ports are blocked in Neutral and pump flow is directed back to the reservoir. Use with electric and air / hydraulic pumps.
